What we collect

This website does not run a form backend, does not accept file uploads, and does not use analytics or tracking scripts. Information reaches us in two ways: through the contact form, which opens an email addressed to Ixia from your own device, or through the specialist and client resourcing pages, which invite you to email us your details and, where relevant, your CV or a job specification, directly.

Either way, what we receive is exactly what you choose to write and attach in that email: typically your name, contact details, and, for specialists, your professional background and CV.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, and, for specialists who submit a CV, to consider you for relevant contract, interim or permanent assignments with Ixia or its clients. Submitting a CV does not guarantee placement.

Where it is held

In Ixia’s business email environment. The website itself does not receive or store CVs, job specifications or the personal information contained in those emails.

How long we keep it

We keep specialist information for as long as it may reasonably be relevant to current or future assignments, and review it periodically. If you would prefer we did not, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

Access, correction and deletion

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email info@ixiaconsulting.co.za. We will respond to reasonable access, correction or deletion requests promptly.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Where a specific client engagement requires sharing a specialist’s profile with a prospective client, we do this only with the specialist’s knowledge.
